About This Training
The Mental Health Support Skills Refresher Training is designed for individuals who have previously completed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and want to strengthen their confidence and competence in providing mental health support in the workplace.
This interactive, scenario-based refresher reinforces core MHFA skills while providing updated mental health education and best practices. Through realistic workplace scenarios and guided discussion, participants refresh key concepts, practice response skills and build confidence, helping them remain prepared to recognize and respond to mental health challenges or crisis situations.
This training is ideal for organizations and individuals who are looking to maintain momentum after MHFA and reinforce a culture of ongoing mental health awareness and support.
