This training provides participants with the knowledge and confidence to effectively respond to an opioid overdose using Naloxone/Narcan, with step-by-step guidance that can save a life. The training also covers important protections offered under the Good Samaritan Law and offers guidance on how to apply these life-saving strategies within the workplace.

  • One hour total (currently offered as part of the three-hour Saving Lives: QPR & Naloxone training)
  • Pre-work: None
  • In-person and onsite options available
  • Certification: No
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs): SHRM and HRCI credits are available
  • Capacity: Up to 30 participants per session
