Working Minds focuses on building mental health awareness, reducing stigma and strengthening everyday well-being in the workplace. It emphasizes early recognition of stress and changes in mental well-being, resilience-building and supportive conversations that help prevent concerns from escalating.

MHFA is a skills-based training that prepares participants to recognize and respond to mental health challenges or crisis situations using a structured action plan. MHFA includes certification and is designed for situations where more immediate or acute support may be needed.

Working Minds builds a strong foundation of awareness and culture, and MHFA supports response readiness when challenges arise.

The employee-focused training builds foundational mental health awareness, resilience skills and stigma reduction strategies for the general workforce.
